How do I create a quote?

Tap the green "+ New Quote" button on the main screen, select a client, add line items from your catalog, and tap "Preview PDF" to send.

Will my data be lost if I delete the app?

Yes — all data is stored locally on your device. We recommend exporting your quotes as CSV regularly (Settings → Export All Quotes) as a backup.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → QuoteSnap → Cancel Subscription. You can also tap "Manage Subscription" inside the QuoteSnap app.

The PDF looks different on my client's device

PDFs are generated with standard fonts and should look the same everywhere. Make sure you're sharing the PDF file, not a screenshot.

How do I restore my purchase on a new iPhone?

Open QuoteSnap → tap the "+" to create a quote → on the paywall screen tap "Restore Purchases".
